Sod personal PR - he's in breach of the contract posted on the O2 site by
not
refunding all outstanding monies.
I very much doubt the O2 phone number still works - and even if it does, I
doubt he'd actually do anything
I will be writing to the registered offices of O2:
2 NEW COTTAGES
WILLERSLEY
HEREFORDSHIRE
HR3 6ED
regarding my refund etc, and I suggest others do the same.
This is probably Ozan's home address, so he's going to get the letter
alright.
If you are still owed money by O2 then you might want to consider using the
Small Claims Court to pursue the matter of a refund.
