OT -ish Domain Searching Cloaked forward

Two questions:

1.  Are these companies that 'add meta content, image alt tags and then to

do paid submission to the main engines...' for =A3400 a year worth using?

(i've only ever added a few keywords and submitted to google in the past -

am i being ripped off?).


2. I have a cloaked forward set for a domain (with Onlinenic), which
points=
to a subdirectory on a webserver.  Can I do anything to make the cloaked d=
omain appear in the search engines? (I guess any meta keywords in the site
=
will promote the location of the webdirectory - not the desired url)
