Switch the light off if there's no movement? MS13's are the wrong
device to use for that, they'll detect small-ish movements but
they're not occupancy detectors. Take this example:

I have a MS13 in my downstairs toilet. It works well if you do a wee
or a quick number too, but if you're longer than 4 minutes it will
leave you in the dark! Guests give me a strange look when I tell them
to wiggle if they're still in there after 4 minutes! ;-) It will only
leave the light on if it detects movement, but sitting down and even
reading a paper doesn't generate enough movement to trip the MS13.
You can try to improve detection using two of them placed at 90
degree angles so they can pick up Z-axis movement better (body or
limb movements from/to the sensor).

As others have said, use a controller to make a logical decision
about controlling the light. Using various parameters you can try to
eliminate unwanted "off" commands. e.g. ignore an off command if
one
has been sent withing the last minute. This will prevent it being
turned off again if someone has turned it on again because it was
mistakenly switched it off!
