X10 events based on temperature?

I wonder if anyone can recommend a solution to this as I cant seem
to find any X10 devices to suit?

I currently have all my lighting and some appliances controled via
X10 using the CM12 for computer control via heyu2 and bluelava
(which gives me access via the web and wap from my mobile phone), an
rf receiver TM13U, HR10 and SS13E light swithes (to handle my 2way
lights).

I'd like to add the following :

Events based on time and/or temperature
-ie if its 9pm and the temperature is less than 12 oC turn on the
electric blanket or if its 3pm and the temperature is above 24 oC
turn on an LW10 module somewhere (for a light/fan combo).

Temperature reporting via a webpage page

a nice to have would be some kind of temperature logging/graphing.

another nice to have would be Multiple probes for more than one room.

If anyone can recommend hardware (and an internet supplier) and
software it would be much appreciated.

regards
David
