Paul,

The 'killer app' for me was the ability to send pop up messages from the
PC
to TiVo, thus providing feedback of X10/House events.

I think also some people have email directed automatically to the TiVo
mail
feature, and I am sure at least one person is using the pop up messagaing
to
display CID info.

I've got a Tivo but no sub (I use Sky+ for TV) - just setup as a CCTV
recorder with manual 2Hr program blocks.



Will a TurboNet card and TivoWeb give me anything
useful/interesting/essential?



I'm still looking for a solution to manually start and stop Tivo just like

conventional VCR - any thoughts if this is possible?
