VB programming and Outlook access for ACE

I use ACE text-to-speech to announce incoming calls. On a regular
basis,
I want to download my Outlook contact list to the .ini text file format
ACE uses. I haven't found anything that will do it yet so am
considering
writing a VB app to do the conversion. Only trouble is I've never
programmed in VB!!!



Any help, ideas, links that would help?
