Eacfilt is, as I'm sure you guessed, a proprietary Nortel driver.

I'm glad it's working.

The routing tables you posted confirmed that the "office" network
(assuming that we call yours the "home" network) is, indeed,
using
192.168.0.0 addresses. I also see they're using 10.0.0.0 in there.

It may be worth reconfiguring you home LAN to use the address range
172.20.0.0 instead of 192.168.0.0. This should mean that you no
longer have the potential for addressing conflicts (and is a
legitimate thing to do.)
