Has anyone who uses rapidhoster had any problems lately. My site went
down on the 1st December with a bandwidth exceeded, which I clearly
hadn't. Raised a ticket with support, 4 days later it was updated to say
the problem had been fixed, checking my site, no change. Replied to the
update email but heard nothing so raised another this Monday, that one
hasn't been updated and I'm now 12 days with no web site.

Anyone with similar problems or any advice.
