Hi Gary,
I have the same issue. I even resorted to calling Checkpoint and=20
they wanted to send an engineer out at =A3600 per day!
I beleive you need a copy of FW-1 to set up the definitions but I'm=20
not absolutely sure and like you I've drawn a blank so far. I just=20
make sure Zone Alarm is running at the moment.
