Rob,

I have a Digivision box connected to my monitor which has S-video in
but it won't let you watch in a window. It switches between 4 inputs
(AV, S-video, PC and built in TV tuner) to any LCD or CRT with a VGA
connector. Main plus is that you don't need a noisy PC running (it's
in our bedroom!) to watch the other 3 inputs. Has full remote
control as well.
