Re: AWM2 and fluorescent bulbs

Hi ,

Thanks for the answer, however I don't think it is possible to turn off
the status detect on AWM2's. The manual and additional details are
online here.

Is there some undocumented feature to turn off the load test?

If I put a normal 60W light blub in parallel with the flourescent light
this stops the flicker by draining away the load test current, but I
don't really want to have to do this!!! It seems as if AWM2 are
unsuitable for low power flourescent lights - which the documentation
does not say.

sending a small voltage through the load to determine if it is switched on
or not.
