I'm also looking to buy either the Streetpilot III Deluxe or the Navman
iC6=
30. From the info I have seen there are some pros and cons to both as
follo=
ws:

Pro Garmin:
Battery Pack so can be used out of the car as well
Comes with 2 types of vehicle mount (one that looks like a bean bag so you
=
can use it in many cars without drilling holes)
Can be used horizontal or vertical

Con Garmin:
External speaker on cigar lighter charger making it very bulky
Bigger

Pro Navman:
Very compact
In built speaker
Better colour
Comes with cigar lighter charger + mains adaptor
Quicker to acquire first fix (hot or cold boot)

Con Navman:
No battery so can only be used in car or near a power point
More expensive by about =A3150

The above are the main pros and cons that were relevant to me and so have
s=
tuck in memory. The best is to look at the spec sheet and compare them or
b=
etter yet, ask someone who has experience of using both.

Personally, I have decided to go for the iC630 as there are some clever
peo=
ple out there covering the "cons"...

Thinking about getting one of these

Anyone got any comments on it good/back etc.

Was going to go for a Navman equivalent but believe the Garmin will be
