Homeseer / Homeseer phone can do this although you'll need their
proprietary modem to get it to work. I've tried generic modems but didn't
get it to work.

I am looking for a device / system that will answer all incoming calls and
provide a menu (IVR) which can then route the call on to one or more phones
or divert to voicemail (with e-mail support?) depending on whether various
individuals are at home or not...

Any ideas ?

Nigel
