Previously, delay was bad - comfort sent an x10 signal, homeseer picked it
up, sent another one out to activate a light. A tad slow. At least with
the UCM to Comfort, the PIR activation signal is sent immediately - only
the x10 to activate the light is the holdup.

I do notice that after a few days the response is slower - a restart of
homeseer sorts it out - but doesnt seem to be a memory leak. v strange.

Gareth,

What sort of delay would you say that you get for these events ?

500 mS can seem a lot when you are waiting for a light to come on.

Ian

Take a look at these screenshots at
http://garethcook.com/lookup/Comfort+Homeseer+Plugin+Sample

These are triggered directly from the PIRs, but surely if it's just a
trigger from an x10 signal, then that fact it's comfort is irrelevant ? I
took all the X10 controls for the PIRs off, and gives a massive jump in
response time.

Hi All

Yesterday my CM12 died. (transformer totally burned inside!) I already
have the Comfort UCM and Patricks great comfort plug-in but as yet I
have never used it for X10. Can anyone show me an example of how to
trigger a script from an x10 code being received from comfort via the
plug-in. I think I know how to send x10 from homeseer via comfort but I
can not get the receive side to work. I know the device codes are
]25,]26 & ]27 put testing for value changes of these and nothing
happens.

Thanks
