Mv1000....new cameras

Hi all,

I have bought 2 of the following cameras,

and so far I can only see 1 at a time and only in black & white....

If I go to the webpage included with the Mv1000 it "might"
display a camera (in B&W) then, when I select camera 2 it tries to
refresh the page and that is the last thing it does.....

I have a feeling the above problem is a server issue (?) as a user
name/PW/Domain box pops up but no matter what I enter it does not get any
further.....

It has been very temperamental since I bought it, touch and go weather it
would display a picture at all from a bullet camera I was originally using.

As I now have 3 cameras connected I have set the default page to gallery
but I have now got 1 B&W image then 2 squares with "Request
Failed" in them....

any one having these problems?
