Hi Rob,

What type of bluetooth connection do you have on Jornada? A compact flash
interface?
If yes, there is something like a bluetooth manager installed?
Usually there are different ports used for Active sync and for Phone
connection (GPRS modem).
How do you initiate the sync?
This must be done from the bluetooth menu, other way (from Active sync) you
will use the modem bluetooth serial port, so the GPRS phone.
They are different "profiles".
What type of bluetooth interface/drivers do you have on the PC?

I can try to help you if you give me more details. It must work for sure.

I have succeeded to active sync all the time.
