Introduction

I have just joined the forum and was asked to post an introductory message.
I am currently converting a 200 year (ish) old stone barn into a house and
have decided to include a reasonable amount of home automation. The list
so
far:

Comfort - security, general sensor monitoring etc.
(24 zones + 24 outputs)
Visonic - remote control
CBUS - for all lighting, 40 dimmable channels, 12 relay
circuits
Homevision - heating control (I have 11 zones of underfloor
heating),
Velux window control (opening/closing/blinds) etc.
Elmeg ISDN PABX - phones
IR distribution - TBC
Home cinema - Cabled but kit not confirmed.
Multi-room hi-fi - Cabled but kit not confirmed.
LAN/Internet Access - Thomson Speedtouch ADSL router (so far)

The only things that are fully operational at the moment are the ADSL
router, Comfort and the CBUS lighting. BTW - If anyone is considering
CBUS,
I would highly recommend it.

Regards,

Tim Raynor
