Hi,
I have a wap11 that has stopped working. Checked it out and its the mains
unit so replaced with another & it now powers up OK.

But, still does not work so tried reinstal via USB and I get an 'USB device
not recognised' and malfunction message. Tried reconnecting but same
messages - Windows help says replace the device!!

Anyone any clues plse. Could a shot mains unit knackered the wap11??
