Re: 8 Port Serial Card

Clive, that may well have been me...

I have bought a couple of PCI 4-port cards from Netshop (www.netshop.co.uk)
these were the VSCOM ones at about £60-ish for the 4-port and £30-ish for a
2-port.

Also, I recently got an 8-port from Scan, which is an MRI PCI8S, details
here:

http://www.mri.co.uk/products/connectivity-solutions/io-cards.htm

Then go one up from the bottom..

I've installed it in a test machine under Windows 2000, and tested it with
a
Quasar temperature board, and it worked fine.

Anything else you want to know?

Paul G.
