If that's the MRI card from Scan, I recently got the 8 port version and guess what - afterwards MRI told me the 8 port version doesn't work with Linux. Rather upset I tried Google and found a patch for the Linux kernel. Now it's working a treat.

Works a treat - i wanted to use it in a machine with very little space (spacewalker box) and the card comes with one port

on the back and a huge serial lead that plugins into that which gives 4 ports.
