I'd just rip them all to WAV or MP3 (Depending on your views on compressed
audio) and then just drag and drop into nero's Audio CD creator... hit
Write and you're away :)

Good CD ripper is CDex.. converts to mp3/wma/wav/etc/etc (google for it)

Some CD players won't read CD-RW, so you should try and use a regular CD-R
where possible.
