Scotland Today reported last week that the first legally enforceable
20mph limits near schools had been approved and were now in force in and
around some schools in Glasgow. The police, as normal, are making a
point of enforcing the new regulations! ;)

It's only a matter of time before it creeps out to other areas given
that they consider it a success and a, more to the point, a PR success.
