I've had a 6210 & now a 6310 for about a year.

On the size issue with these, the lenght of the phone is higher than many
of
the non business targeted phones on hte market the weight however is
very
low & I keep tinking I've lost it as it is so thin & light.

The 6310 does seem to have issues, but these are apparently resolved in
the
6310i

An important point to remember, if you sign up with club nokia they'll
send
you a free phone badge. this clips on below the keypad & can have name
or
icons on. OK it's not really important, but it's cool & very handy
when
about 800 people in the office all have the smae phone!! And it's
free!!
