Ok,
This has absolutely nothing to do with HA so sorry for asking it here
but I reckon someone here may know the answer...

I have several double glazed windows in my house which are of the tilt
or swing open variety.
Problem is two of them (children's bedrooms for previous owners) will
only tilt open and will not swing.
I assume this is a safety feature enabled by the previous owners.

I've had a look all round the edge of the window for something akin to a
child lock on a car to enable them to swing open but can't see anything
obvious.
Does anyone know if I should be able to adjust the opening mechanism
myself to re-enable the swing open, or do I need to contact double
glazing contractors??

TIA

Anto.
