RE: OT Discrete Surround Sound Speakers

Interestingly, IMI, who are doing my Polaron lighting install (plus some rather exotic rear surround speakers, I’m having a pair of KEF Ci Reference 2000s built into a stud wall) already have the KEF system, and are about to install the Bose speakers in their dem room (they also have the Reference 2000s I’m having installed and working as LCR speakers surrounding a plasma, and also a set of KEF THX LCR speakers in the same room.)

They should be going in soon, so I’ll get some comparative feedback.

Tim.

Can't comment on the Bose speakers but I have had the KEF Eggs for about
8 months now.
They look and sound brilliant!
You'll not want to hide the sub away somewhere but put it out where
everyone can see it.
But at the end of the day it's a matter of individual taste.
I've got a Marantz SR5200 surround receiver driving them.
