Hmmm,

1889 exchanges
10000 to upgrade an exchange (haven't a clue on this figure, anyone know a
more accurate version)

1889*10000 = £18,890,000 to upgrade all exchanges... I'd be happy for
a six
weeks of lottery money to go into this so long as BT put some cash up too
and lower the subscription prices... I know the money should be used for
good cause, but this will improve out country for the benefit of all
(except
those without computers, sorry you lot)

Or am I just being too naive?
