probably any standard maplins/argos type walwart, >750mA should be enough?

Graham i don't use comfort so what could i use as a source
for the 12v ? a power adapter ?

I distribute power to all my PIRs from Comfort over CAT5. I never
bothered to check the voltage, but I think they're 12V.
