Have you tried homewatcher www.homewatcher.com it does every
thing on your
list - but there are pros and cons (see below). Personally I am still on
the
look out for something better although have stuck with this for the past
18
months now. You also might want to check out gotcha - which is a
similar
product.
Pros:
Motion sensitive
Select areas of picture to ignore
Works well with sunlight/algorithm for clouds passing
Options to store local or ftp jpg / avi files
Will time stamp images and can outline the area of detection on the
image
Can also be set up upload at regular intervals
Works with multiple cams
I use it to launch a homeseer event on detection
It is cheap & reliablish (although see below
Automatically creates nice looking web pages (template totally
customizable)
Cons:
Support is virtually non existent from the developer
There is a small memory leak so you need to restart it every few days
I have found it to be quite processor intensive
After ~200 pictures have been uploaded it seems to get confused with
file
names so there has to be some manual deletion

Subject: [ukha_d] CCTV Surveillance Software
Just installed a new wired camera and am looking for recommendations on
reliable surveillance software.
My requirements:
Software motion detection
Save to AVI
Save to JPG/BMP
Upload images to FTP
Timestamp all images & avi
Must work with WDM capture device (ATI
All-In-Wonder), NOT VfW
