ISDN (again) and USA products

Tim Morris gave me some good advice recently about his ISDN PBX 
(Siemens Gigaset 4175). Looks like a good product but not available 
in the UK (Of course BT don't do it!). He bought his from Germany 
and the only incomaptibility is the German voice when interrogating 
remotely.

Ideally I'd like an English voice (or I suppose I could learn 
German!!!). I think the product is available in the USA (with 
English voice) but know nothing about ISDN compatibility - Do they 
have the same system or something completely different? (I guess 
there's a clue in the term "Euro ISDN"?)

Any thoughts?
