If anyone is looking for an alternative office chair that's good for
your back, can I recommend the Balans Duo. I got one after a
rugby-induced back injury and haven't looked back. It rocks from almost
horizontal (for quiet reflection) to a kneeling position (for typing).
Extremely comfortable, very healthy, and everyone who sees it falls in
love with it. For a range of products like this, there is an excellent
shop in Marlow, Bucks. called Back In Action (www.backinaction.co.uk),
which I can't recommend highly enough.
