Believe me, SWMBO thinks that =A3400 is waaaaay too much to pay for a
chair=
,
so this is definitely my limit!
I'll take the advice of David and you and go for the forward tilt as well
-=
it's only anther =A330.

I've had one of these (fully featured version) for a couple of years now.
I=
paid around =A3800-900 for it.
It's not bad but I find the seat still isn't as soft as some of the
other
really expensive chairs out there (there was one call centre chair I
tried<=
BR>
that was a bit more comfy but cost =A31200 and wasn't as futuristic). I
fin=
d
the front part of the seat where the back of my legs touch to be a bit of
a=
pressure point.
I would definitely have the forward tilt - very good for when doing lots
of=
keyboard stuff.
I've noticed these popping up in lots of TV and Films - probably
because
they look so different. Very popular in the US as well.
Paul.

Guys
I want one of these for my office at home, as the el cheapo Ikea thing
I've=
got is slowly falling apart. If you don't know what they are, it's
th=
e one
that Dimbleby sits in for Question Time, and can be found here.....
http://www.hermanmiller.com/CDA/product/0,,c201-pss1-p8,00.html
They are a bit pricey - the best price I can get for a single chair
(withou=
t
the forward tilt - not really a must-have feature) is ?465 inc Del, ex
VAT.=
They do crop up on eBay, but mostly these are ex-lease, so not in the
best<=
BR>
of nick.
So, anyone know a cheaper supplier of good office furniture?
Pete
