Yep...you need to contact CSI to get the caller ID version of the HV
software activated.  Then just plug in the meteor and go.

In my case (and others) CID stops working when my Comfort is armed if the
Meteor is attached to Comfort TEL OUT.  So I connect mine straight to the
HomeHighway analogue port.  (Other people have no problems with Comfort - so
try it and see).

I use the little CID2HTM.EXE app that can be found here...

you need to add this line to your CID macro on HV....

Serial port 1 transmit: "run program cid2htm.exe"
