It can be done with:
Homeseer (IIRC you use Homeseer?), with my plugin, or Justin's plug
in + script.

Tony Tofts xAP bits under Windows
or
My xAP bits under Linux
I think there is xAP connectivity to HV in the works - not sure
though.
I think Mark McCall has a meteor connected direct to his HV, but I
don't know the details of what's behind it.

On the exchange side of the comfort box, otherwise you may have
difficulty logging calls when "Away" mode is set.

You can do this from Homeseer with a plugin. If you fancy the
experimental route, you can also do this with xAP connector for
meteor + xAP web cache or xAPHal script.
