Steve,

I use ACE with mine - allows easy announcement of callers and you can
use SAPI 5 voices such as AT&T's Natural Voices (great improvement over
previous text-to-speech engines)

I didn't get the software, just OEM unit

Comfort seems to have a problem with the Meteor in certain
configurations (at least many people have reported various problems).
Seem to be solved by putting the Meteor BEFORE (AFAICR) Comfort.

As to web page - I use the ACE/Comfort web pages which do give a listing
of calls

Paul.

Well christmas is nearly here and having finally convinced NTL last week
that caller id is available in my area I was thinking of getting a
Meteor
>from speaker.

Q1. How have others done this?
Q2. Is it still cheapest to get it straight from pathway?
Q3. Which version do I need, just hardware or with ActiveCID Standard
Edition?
Q4. Which side of Comfort do I need to put the Meteor?
Q5. How can I link it into HV to get a webpage of caller numbers?

S.
