Steve,
I use ACE with mine - allows easy announcement of callers and you can
use SAPI 5 voices such as AT&T's Natural Voices (great improvement
over
previous text-to-speech engines)
I didn't get the software, just OEM unit
Comfort seems to have a problem with the Meteor in certain
configurations (at least many people have reported various problems).
Seem to be solved by putting the Meteor BEFORE (AFAICR) Comfort.
As to web page - I use the ACE/Comfort web pages which do give a
listing
of calls
