RE: An old one resurfaces....
What advantage do you get with this - apart from not having to touch
the
flush switch?
I have recently fitted a "manual" Flap Valve (from Fluidmaster)
that does
exactly the same for ?20, except you have to push a button (instead of
pull
a lever). This was very simple to fit (about 1 hr max provided you can
turn
water off to the loo easily). It uses much less water and is easier to use
-
especially for young children or the elderly.

The "wave your hand" one?
Looks pretty cool. Would you think they are any harder to fit than a
conventional toilet?
I'm back online now, as you may have noticed.
