Better get it ordered then before she realises =A34000+ will buy a nice new= set of sofas to go with the carpet!

I'm off to try and look at the Panasonic models tomorrow (if I can find som= e near to me). Need to get there early so I can get home, shop around and o= rder by phone for (hopefully) a next day delivery!

Only trouble is - I know that next, I'll want a prog scan DVD to replace my= old Pioneer DV717 !

Paul.

I would love an answer on this one also. SWMBO has this weekend weakened and allowed me to have a plasma screen!! (Merry Christmas to me, merry
Christmas to me!!)

I need to get a signal cable to the location of the plasma from Node '0' BEFORE Thursday when the carpet fitters arrive!

KAT5 over CAT5?
RGB Cables - which cable do you use? (Run will be aprox 20m.)

I'm starting to panic already!

(Merry Christmas to me, merry Christmas to me!!)

Many thanks

Rob Mouser (Only very slightly excited!)

Anyone know if the Pioneer 503 has the same problems?

At the moment I'm limited to Cat5e/Kat5 units where the plasma will
go. What's the best way of getting the best picture i.e. is there an
RGB version of the Kat5 or is there another way of doing it (at RGB
quality rather than converting down to S Video)?

Alternatively, I could take the floorboards up again to route RGB
cables to my node zero - not an option to be taken lightly though :(
