Hi at my home office I use BT with there "anytime" package on ISDN which
gets reduced to 5 hours a day next month. Does anyone have any
recommendations for a ISP that does a anytime deal with a RELIABLE
service, ie very few if any engaged tones, I don't mind time cuts and I
don't mind  maximum day limit provided it's a reasonable level say 12
hours or more
