Cabe for cams and pirs

I intend to do more cabling this w/e, and thought that while putting in
the
wire for the alarm system (or Comfort - I've still not decided), I'd put
in
some spares for cams. I'm not planning to add cams just yet, but it
seems
sensible to add the cabling ready, which leads neatly to the question -
what
cable do I need? I have reels of cat5, 6-core alarm and ct100 waiting
ready!
The same question applies to external motion sensor.
