Thats most likely your problem, they probably arnt putting the required
headers in for the pop3 connector to work the most effectively.

As I said using your isp and getting a smtp mail feed for exchange is
the
best solution, however it is more costly.  If you have adsl and a
static ip
you can get this from eclipse for 26quid/month.
