sorry i meant my incoming mail comes from my pop3 host 
but the mail i send out goes through exchange mx and smpte

I don't use my hosting company to send mail out only to recieve mail

      Thats probably your problem the pop3
connectors are renowned for bouncing
      mail list subscriptions, your isp might not
be putting the correct headers
      on there for you.
      
      Id surgest you get a static ip from your isp
and change the delivery mode to
      SMTP.
