Ken, It's freestanding and located in our utility room so any old
kludge
will do. The utility room is next to the kitchen so any audible alarm
would suffice. Thought if it could trigger after two minutes of the
door
being left ajar that would probably do it. I wouldn't want to get so
sophisticated as measuring the temp.
