I agree and sympathise. 

Only ever had 2 red cars (one mine, one SWMBOs). Both written off in accidents .........

None of them our fault, although it did take her two goes to get it to the written off stage :-)

Come to think of it.....our Escort that was written off a couple of years
ago was red.

Note to self....DONT buy a red car :-)
