My exchange is enabled, but the lines in this estate are verging on
the "sucking fight" by the accounts of my neighbour. I'm DACS-ed
too. How nice :) My ADSL application has been in for 2 weeks
now and I've had a BT engineer look at my line last week.

But today I came out of my house and cycled up to the end of the
road that joins the main road wondering why the traffic was
going slow. Turns out that not 30m down the main road, maybe
50m from my house there's a couple of BT vans beside a big pole.

Me cycles past wondering if that's anything to do with my ADSL
application as I know from the engineer that some kind of major
phone thingy for the estate is housed somewhere on the main
road.

We hope, we hope, but I fear the worst. :(
