OT: What OS

After 3 years the local childrens nursery has collected enough Tesco 
vouchers to get a new PC! It will be a Celeron 1GHz; 128MB memory; 
20GB drive. We can get it with either W98, W2000 or XP Professional. 
Any views on which OS to go for?
