*cough*
well, Fastweb in Milan can do it, for one.
So can Bredbandsbolgat in Sweden (touted by Cisco's Metro-Ethernet
division=
)
ilap in toronto don't have too many problems.
On a massive scale, PowerComm in South Korea, are building an ethernet
network to provide service from 10Mbps to Gigabit Ethernet to over 11
Million people in Seoul.
The fastweb website (which I have visited, did you?) is at
http:\\fastweb.it\ and whilst I don't pretend to speak italian to any
great=
extent, "Internet a 10Mbit/s" is fairly international I
think.
A ten second search on google will give you a thousand hits back on
Etherne=
t
being used to deliver high speed internet services worldwide.

also, where does it say it is 10Mbps? Ethernet !=3D just 10Mbps
