Well I have had problems flashing the WAP11 in the past. Good news is it
seems to be re-flashable even when things go wrong. I just kept
re-flashing until it took the whole thing.

Ditto. But only *after* the firmware/software upgrade!

Know what you mean. I hate BIOS flashing, and I see upgrading
the WAP11 firmware as the same thing as it could potentially be
irrecoverable if it were to go wrong. Maybe.
