Like Mark
I get realy good range, good coverage all over the house, I have my
AP in the center of my house at 8 ft high. The antenna's pointing
outwards at about 30o from vertical.
DECT phones use the same frequency range however they should not
create a problem unless the AP and base are next to each other.
I read a link about a problem with AP's in general which was tracked
down to foil backed plasterboard forming a fareday cage. I have to
say that I would have thought that windows and doors would have
provided a route out of the room.
What is the construction of the three walls in quesion ?
John
