'Fraid not... In fact when I recently had the bathroom replastered, I had
to
let the plasterer finish the wall off, (conduit already in place) with no
backbox present, then get him to cut the backbox in when the plaster had
only partially gone off.. Gives a nice finish this way, - plasterer doesn't
have to work round the obstruction & so gets a nice smooth bit to work
on,
plus the partially set plaster cuts very easily & cleanly with a
stanley
knife so the box gets a very tight clean fit...
