Can I access HV WEBSERVER ?

I am using a GPRS ISP (thats aboutr as good as my internet acronymns
get!!). I have no noo problem accessing outside internet pages, and I think
my PC can be pinged from outside on the net. What I want to know is:

I want to use HV webserver to try and allow access from the net to control
HV. Firstly, how do I set this up, and what would my IP address for this
webpage be ? (the exact same as my pc ip addrss ?).

And finally, whats the best way I can test this ? Is there anyone willing
to
test this for me if I manage to get it set up ? I have the phone again
tonigh to play with, so if someone has a spare 30mins or so ?

Thanks,
Eamon
