somewhere else, there are better deals, and better service

OK,
heres the deal.
we all
know that we can get cheaper self install adsl now.
BT
openworld is my ISP, so I decide to continue with them.
I
go
to register on the website, but it doesn't answer all my
questions
(does
signing up automatically cancel my Anytime subscription? - don't
want
to end
up paying twice now do I?)
so
decide to call BT's openworld number to register, so they can answer my
questions
at the
same time, and/or I can cancel my Aytime subscription.
On
hold for 15 minutes last night before I gave up.
Today
I get this message:
"We
cannot answer your call, please call back later or use our
website"
typical - totally unhelpful.
